Between July 2012 and July 2013 I rented a retail space in the city centre of Rotterdam: a corner building of 80 m2, located on the Rijnhoutplein in Rotterdam. Because the space is equipped with two large windows on each side and two entrances (1 to the public square and 1 to the adjacent side street), this 'space' was more of a viewing box, a passage or a covered continuation of the square. Starting from these specific architectural characteristics, I implemented several projects in, with and for this space - partly in collaboration with other artists.
